Will Serve Letter Application process

To obtain a "will serve letter" from North of River Sanitary District, please complete the below form. All information must be complete to be processed.

Property owners are responsible for contacting the District to obtain a NORSD Sewer Permit before connecting to the sewer line. Per District Ordinance 1.09:

“Construction of a service connection, extension, or improvement prior to making application and paying all charges in accordance with the District Ordinance is not permitted. Any person doing so is guilty of a misdemeanor.”

Illegal connections are subject to penalties. Contact the District office before connecting to avoid violations and additional charges.
