Sewer Application Form

A Sewer Permit is required for any sewer improvement, repair, or new connection to the District’s sewer system. The permit process begins when you submit a Sewer Permit Application and is completed only after the District performs and approves a field inspection.

New sewer services may NOT be connected to the system before a permit is issued.

Property owners are responsible for contacting the District to obtain a NORSD Sewer Permit before connecting to the sewer line. Per District Ordinance 1.09:

“Construction of a service connection, extension, or improvement prior to making application and paying all charges in accordance with the District Ordinance is not permitted. Any person doing so is guilty of a misdemeanor.”

Illegal connections are subject to penalties. Contact the District office before connecting to avoid violations and additional charges.
